Pat Bragg · Sound and Facilities Director

Pat's passion lies within instrumental music. At the very heart of our Music and Fine Arts ministry is the belief that all should be serving in their areas of giftedness. Pat trains musicians and sound technicians of all ages to maximize their gifts and strive for excellence. He also oversees the WEAG Facilities which assists all who attend and serve in accomplishing their ministries in a clean and comfortable environment. Pat has been involved with WEAG since 1984. He has been a musician, recording studio owner, CPA, and general contractor and holds a BS Degree from VCU. Pat has been married to Charlene for 36 years and has two children and two grandchildren.

Mike Dalton · Media Director

Mike is the director of WEAG Media/IT, which records and produces still and video media that is used in our weekly services. This department is also responsible for maintaining the churches technology and IT structure. Mike and his wife, Gina, moved to Richmond from southwest Virginia and began attending WEAG in 1988. They have three children.

Cindy Johnson · Missions Director

Cindy coordinates and administrates missions events, Faith Promise, short-term projects and more. Mission outreach at WEAG provides global opportunities for each of us to use our gifts, talents and abilities as we reach out to those in need. Through combined Faith Promise giving, WEAGers are financially supporting 100+ career missionary families in 41 different countries. Short-term projects give team members a glimpse into the daily lives of these same people. Cindy has been a part of the WEAG family since 1978. She is married to Jamie, and they have two adult sons.

Susan Chewning · Family Life Director

Susan has been a part of the WEAG family since 1990 and a Family Life staff member since 2000. Families and children are extremely important to the life of WEAG. Susan coordinates the administrative needs for Family Life and our Kids Pastor, managing projects and budgets for ministries involving children ages 0-5th grade. She also works closely with the Youth, Young Adult, and Marriage ministries coordinating calendar events and providing team support with projects and activities. Susan is married to Win, and they have two adult children, Keldie and Trip.

Beth and her husband Daniel began attending WEAG after marrying in 1996, and she has served on staff at WEAG since 2001.  Serving in Family Life Ministries has provided the opportunity for Beth to create, organize and implement many programs and events that impact children and families both here at WEAG and throughout our community.  Camp WEAG is an exciting new endeavor for Beth and her husband as they work to build this exciting ministry in Amelia County.  Beth and Daniel have 3 children, Caleb, Sara and JohnMark.
